Processing & Production
All Voided Minds products are made to order. Please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

The 7–12 business-day timeframe is the processing and production period and does not include shipping transit time. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Because production begins after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled after purchase. Please review all order and shipping information carefully before checkout. For information regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged merchandise, and other order issues, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
